As a courtesy, we will send out an email or text to confirm your service appointments 24 hours prior to your appointment date.
Please ensure that we have your current email address or phone number on file in order to be able to do so in a way that may be beneficial to you. It remains your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals and missed appointments.
Less than 24 hours notice will result in loss of monthly service or billed for the service.
Glitches do happen so pay attention to insure you clicked on the correct day and time.
You will be prompted to input your credit card information. This is to hold your appointment only; you will not be charged. *cards on file will be charged only if appointments are cancelled later than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.
Please register for an account on the conformation page after booking your appointment.
A client account can only be registered by you personally by clicking `register` located on the confirmation screen after you've scheduled the appointment. You can also register for an account if you've previously scheduled an appointment using the confirmation email that you were sent. Click the “Change/Cancel Appointment” button within the confirmation email to register for an account. This button will direct you to you appointment confirmation page where a "Register for an Account" button will be.
